At Cosvalt Media, we deliver service-based digital marketing engagements that involve significant strategy, creative, and execution work from day one. As such, all sales and payments made to Cosvalt Media are final and non-refundable.
Why No Refunds
- Our services consume team time, tools, and resources from the moment a project begins.
- Strategy, audits, creative work, and campaign setup represent delivered value that cannot be returned.
- Marketing results are influenced by many factors outside an agency's direct control (offer, product, market, client responsiveness, etc.).
What This Covers
- One-time projects (websites, landing pages, audits, automations).
- Monthly retainers (Meta Ads management, WhatsApp marketing, growth marketing).
- Strategy consultation calls and advisory packages.
- Any custom service engagement defined in a proposal or agreement.
Cancellations
Clients may cancel ongoing retainers with written notice per the terms of the service agreement. No refund will be issued for the current billing cycle. Work will continue through the end of the paid period.
