These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Cosvalt Media website and engagement of our digital marketing services. By accessing our site or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
Services
Cosvalt Media provides digital marketing services including Meta Ads, WhatsApp marketing, website & landing page development, automation, and strategy consultation. Scope of work, deliverables, and timelines are defined in individual proposals or service agreements.
Engagement & Payment
- All engagements require an upfront payment as defined in the proposal.
- Ongoing retainers are billed in advance per agreed cycle.
- Ad spend is separate from service fees and paid directly to the relevant platforms.
- Invoices not paid by the due date may pause active work.
Client Responsibilities
- Provide timely access to required accounts, assets, and approvals.
- Ensure all content provided to Cosvalt Media is accurate and lawfully owned.
- Comply with platform policies (Meta, WhatsApp, Google, etc.).
Intellectual Property
Deliverables become the client's property upon full payment. Cosvalt Media retains the right to reference completed work in case studies and marketing materials unless explicitly restricted in writing.
Limitation of Liability
Cosvalt Media's total liability for any claim arising out of an engagement is limited to the fees paid by the client for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice as specified in the service agreement. Fees already paid are governed by our No Refund Policy.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
