By engaging with Cosvalt Media, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (The Client) and Cosvalt Media, registered in India.
Strict Policy: All payments made to Cosvalt Media are non-refundable. Once service engagement begins, capital and resources are allocated immediately. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances, including "change of mind" or "perceived lack of results."
Cosvalt Media provides a "Authority System" and strategy. However, we do not guarantee specific outcomes, including but not limited to:
Success on YouTube depends heavily on the Client's effort, recording quality, and consistency. While we provide the roadmap, the execution by the buyer is a critical variable we cannot control.
YouTube (Google LLC) is a third-party platform. Cosvalt Media does not own, control, or have special rights over YouTube’s algorithms, policies, or account management. We are not liable for account suspensions, shadow-bans, or policy changes implemented by YouTube.
We do not engage in "black-hat" tactics, bot views, or any illegal practices that abuse platform terms. Any account credentials (passwords/API keys) shared by the Client remain the sole property and responsibility of the Client. We treat this data with strict confidentiality.
Cosvalt Media holds the right to credit ourselves as the strategists/producers behind the content growth. By working with us, you grant us permission to publicly showcase your results, testimonials, name, and company logo for marketing purposes unless a separate private white-label agreement is signed.
The "YouTube Authority Systems" and internal strategies shared during the consultation/service period are proprietary to Cosvalt Media. Clients are strictly prohibited from sharing, reselling, or teaching our internal workflows and strategy documents to third parties.
In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to seek professional mediation. If a Client attempts to defame, libel, or slander Cosvalt Media or its founders publicly (social media, reviews, etc.) after service completion or during a dispute, we reserve the right to pursue full legal action under Indian Law to protect our brand reputation.
Our service fees cover strategy and production management only. Any additional costs, including but not limited to:
• Paid Advertisement spend (Meta/Google Ads).
• Third-party software subscriptions (Canva, VidIQ, etc.).
• Physical equipment (Mics, Cameras).
...are to be borne solely by the Client.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the city where Cosvalt Media is registered.
