Cosvalt Media is a legally registered entity in India, operating under the regulations of the Indian Government. By making a payment on this website or via our official payment links, you agree to the following strict refund and cancellation terms.

1. No Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our YouTube Authority Systems, high-level coaching, and digital consultation services, all payments made to Cosvalt Media are final. We do not offer refunds, partial or full, for any services or digital products once the transaction is completed.

2. Cancellation Window

We provide a strict 24-hour cancellation period from the moment of purchase. If you wish to cancel your engagement, you must notify us via email at cosvaltmedia@gmail.com within this window. Once 24 hours have passed, no cancellations, pauses, or refunds will be entertained under any circumstances, as capital and resources are immediately allocated to your project.

3. Results & Market Nature

The coaching and systems we provide involve 3rd party platforms (YouTube/Google). Because we do not own these platforms and because results depend heavily on client execution, effort, and market variables, the lack of "perceived results" or "change of mind" is not a valid ground for a refund.

4. Legal Terms & Jurisdiction

By proceeding with the payment, the buyer waives the right to initiate legal proceedings or chargebacks regarding the "No Refund" nature of this agreement. Any attempt to bypass these terms through payment processors will be considered a breach of contract. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India where the company is registered.
